Gilgai Beef and Lamb is grass fed. The health benefits of grass fed meat are enormous when compared to grain fed meats. Our meats are Hormone Free, Steroid Free and Anti Biotic Free. We believe that our meats have more taste, better texture and are more tender because our livestock are handled through a stress free process.
